Riyadh — Mubasher: Miral Dental Clinics Company disclosed the voting results for its Board of Directors election during the ordinary general meeting (OGM).

Shareholders approved the appointment of five members for the upcoming session, which is scheduled to begin on 26 October 2026 and conclude on 25 October 2030.

The newly elected board members include Osama Saleh Ibrahim Al Hadithi, Sami Abdullah Dakhilallah Al Saeed, Bandar Barjas Humaidi Al Abdulkarim, Musab Abdulmohsen Abdullah Al Jammaz, and Mohammed Ibrahim Abdulkarim Al Obaida.

According to the regulatory filing, the cumulative voting process resulted in 99.90413% of votes cast in favor of the candidates.

The company reported that abstentions accounted for 0.09587% of the total vote. This announcement serves as a clarification of the initial results published on 18 October 2025 regarding the assembly's outcomes.

It confirmed that there is no financial impact associated with this board transition.
